As a sports nutrition coach, I help clients achieve their body composition goals and fuel their training through building sustainable habits.  I work with athletes and recreational exercisers on developing the skills needed to fuel their performance and deliver results.

 

Together we co-create a nutrition program that supports your preferences and helps you love the process, not just the product of your  hard work. Don't be fooled, change IS work. However, it's far easier with the support of an accountability partner.  With my guidance, you'll learn not just the "why" behind your nutrition choices, but also the "what" and "how" to make lasting changes to your physique and performance. â€‹
